JMCO 20 stitches.
Incr every other round to 60 stitches.
Knit to 2” shy of heel.
Short row heel to 10st.
12th full stripe after heel: increase 4 st (1st in from end of each needle).
17th and 18th full stripes after heel: increase 2 st (2st from end of back left needle and after 2nd stitch from beginning of back right needle).
20-23th full stripes after heel: increase 4 st (1st in from end of each needle).
Knit 4 rows as normal.
Knit 2X2 ribbing until nearly out of yarn.
CO-bind off.
