I was going to make this scarf with Malabrigo yarn, but before I could find some I encountered this Cascade yarn. I am trying it on these square needles my niece gave me.

1 Mar 2009 - Done with the first ball of yarn and the scarf is about 76 cm long. It is 29 stitches wide, which is about 14 cm. I will ask Diana how long she wants it when I get a little further along, but I’m thinking another whole ball will be just about perfect.

31 Mar 2009 - All done! Just in time for spring! It’s supposed to be 60 F (about 16 C) today! Oh, well. It’s a gorgeous scarf, anyway. I may have to do another for myself!

17 April 2009 - I started another one in this beautiful brown color.

13 May 2009 - Done with the brown one! I did almost all of it on a trip to California last month, but then let it sit once I got back. I just finished the last few inches.
