I have about four rows left before I can start on the ribbing. I’ve increased the length of this cardigan so it should measure 14” in length instead of 10”.

Finished body yesterday. Started the collar today with the second skein of yarn. I feel like its going to take forever though. I worked on it for a while today and only got about one inch done (meaning two and a half more to go).

Finished collar and picked up stitches for the first sleeve tonight (magic looping sleeves). I’m aiming to finish this weekend so here’s hoping.

Happy birthday to me! I finished sleeve #2 today and wove in ends. I have one ugly ladder on the left sleeve that is about 2 inches long. I’m hoping blocking will take care of it and make it a little less noticeable. I tried it on (pre-blocking) and it’s a little snug in the arms. I am NOT reknitting so I’m hoping that once the baby comes and after I’m done being so busty it will fit better. There’s no way the next size up would have fit me post-pregnancy.

Mods:

• Knit body to 11.5” before starting ribbing.
• Ribbed for 2.5” on sleeves and body instead of just 2”
• Knit sleeve to 8 rows past final decrease before starting ribbing.
