2012.02.29,pm commute- finished first ear flap. used last stitch of bind off from brim as first to pick up for flap. need to figure out which side needs the strap. Almost done!

2012.02.23,am commute- ahh. smaller needles for the win. ribbing on 3.25mm and body on 3.5mm knitting instructions per dk 3-6mo

2012.02.22,pm commute- figured out i just can’t count and thus had different RS. (d’uh, amazing what coffee can do for you) … anyhoo… finished first wedge and i am not in love with the fabric so i’m going to grab 3.25/3.5mm needles and try again. 3.75mm tension was 23st/4in

2012.02.22,am commute- finished ribbing, doing sport version newborn size with dk yarn so it’ll hopefully be about 3-6months. mostly b/c i had neglected to bring more needles with me this morning. also, not sure i’m reading the pattern right to get the bumps. must review.
