Note to self, do not think you can do lace on the way to your house closing. Especially not if it involves picking up a provisional cast on when you know you have counting issues. Especially not if you hit really bad traffic on the way to the other attorneys office … This has sat since August 2009. Trying to finish it in September 2011. Would be nice to put in the gift box…
20110914- picked this up again this morning and tinked back again. curious to see if i can fix it this time. sigh
20100120- two tinks and the PU is still foo barred. :(
20090803- do not suggest bringing this to your house closing and thinking you can knit it. the pattern is easy, but uhm.. yeah. need to do some TLC on it and figure out where/how to tink back and salvage.
20090619-1a a wonderful nap lead to insomnia so i bound off the flutter. it’s cute. pickedup the provisional cast-on edge and set it aside again. have some other projects to work on. amazing that lace & 3.25mm means my wrists are happy, but there’s been quite a bit of cotton these days.
20090617- since i hit my little bit of “extra” yarn and came to an end, i decided to knit the first flutter now, after about 30-someodd repeats. i’m in the middle of the last chart and am IN LOVE. This is awesome train knitting and the flutter is really enjoyable.
20090615- 33 cm/152 cm am amazed that it makes decent commute knitting.
20090612- once i marked it as hibernating i started thinking of it again. knitted it a short bit on the train today.
20090604- hibernating. haven’t picked it up in a while.
20090407- unblocked 9” in length
20090326- unblocked 5” in length (drat i though it was 7) proved can knit in class & on the train.
