The pattern was a little difficult to follow at first. It is broken into sections (Even rows, odd rows, stitch pattern, cable pattern, etc) so there is a lot of jumping from line to line within the pattern to complete 1 row. The pattern itself however is not too difficult to knit and consists mostly of straight knitting and purling with 1 section of cable-ing. It took me a long time to finish but only because I hibernated the project for a long time. If I added up all the time I actually spent knitting it, the whole project actually only took approximately 1-2 days. The yarn I chose wears nicely and is very soft to wear around the head.
