I would marked this hat as medium difficulty ONLY because you have to know some crochet techniques. After crocheting the turtles (and w/out hardly ANY experience w/ crocheting), they turned out well and weren’t really difficult, but I definately had to work out the crocheting stuff before I knew if I’d be able to make the hat.

1/13: The hat is finished. Fits my son, so I hope it will fit the intended recipient.

1/30: So YES, there are LOTS of pictures of turtles, but I was just so proud of these little guys I couldn’t resist. :) Last picture is the project bag I made for the swap - in which my swap partner can stash all her goodies for the toy (or whatever she wishes). I meant to take a picture of everything together, but I forgot. It’s okay. :)
