Modified to knit with worsted weight yarn in the round:

gauge: 18 st = 4” stockinette with US10.5.
CO 78. (63-2+17 to add one cable pattern repeat for thinner yarn and adjust to knitting in round.) Increase row: (K3, M1, K3, M1, K3, M1, K3, M1, K4, M1), Repeat. (102 sts)

To knit in round, remove first and last stitch in each row of the pattern and read all “WS” directions backwards (ie knit when it says to purl).

Notes from previous knitters indicated it was short, so I added 4 extra rows - 1 before the first cable row and 1 in each stockinette section. Length was perfect.

Important when knitting in the round: Pattern has a cable error that can’t be fixed when knitting flat (the missing cable belongs spanning the edges, which is impossible). When knitting in the round, this can be fixed. Row 11: K4, (C8F, C8B) 5 times (6 if you CO extra stitched for an extra cable repeat). The last cable will be 4 stitches into row 12.

Because I CO extra stitches, I did an extra 7th row when shaping the top.
