This yarn is beautiful 100% wool. The colour is lovely.

I’ve made the pattern before. I make my socks toe up with a reinforced toe and heel. To keep the scalloped edge of the turn over cuff I knitted it separately (from top edge of cuff) then grafted it onto the sock.

Before grafting together I knitted three rows of knit for the foot and three rows of purl in the cuff

The beaded cuff needs to be loose because the beads lessen the stretch and it looks nice to have the loose cuff folded over the top of the sock. The beaded cuff pattern calls for 76 stitches. My sock foot was made with 66 stitches. To accommodate this difference I increased the foot by 4 stitches and reduced the cuff by 6 stitches in the second row before the rows that were grafted together
