I made total of 12 pieces of these for my friend as a christmas present. I made these during two days and somewhere in the middle I forgot which size hook I had used, so the last ones came out a little bigger but not too much.

Pattern is very simple, here are the notes:

• Chain 21
• dc in the second chain from hook, dc in each chain, turn
• chain 2, 3 hdc in the first dc, skip one and attach to the next dc with a slip stitch, * chain 2, 3 hdc in the same dc as the slip stitch, skip one and attach to next dc with a slip stitch *

Repeat * - * until two dc remain, this will be where you’ll sew on the button. The first dc will be used as a button hole.
