21/2/11 - took some picture in -18C with crazy wind weather and my neck stayed warm! Yay for warm knits that are cute and trendy to boot!

20/2/11 - finished the knitting, now it’s blocking, I hope to get the buttons on and some pictures in the next few days.

19/2/11 - 2nd, 3rd and 4th repeat done. 4 button holes done :)

18/2/11 - finished the ribbing and the first cable repeat last night.

17/2/11 - my first cowl and my first skein of Tanis (well actually my second but this is the first I’ve knit with).

I’m loving this yarn, it’s soft and thick and sproingy. The colours are really fasciniating to watch come alive too. Pinks and lavender, grey and blue and shades in between, so pretty.

I won this yarn and buttons from tanis’s blog. I can’t wait to finish this and wear it! Winter isn’t over yet!
