Notes

Pink, summer, fringe. These are three of my least-favorite things. Yet I’m charmed by this scarf so far.

CO 28 sts. BO 18, drop 10 for fringe.

April 11, 2011:
Ten stitches dropped from garter stitching creates a LOT of fringe, 10.5”. The finish on the Lady Eleanor wrap would make all this fringe more sophisticated, but I’ll have to see what the shop owner would like to do with it.

April 14, 2011:
The knotwork worked! I love it. To make the first row of knots a consistent distance from the scarf edge, I slid my 1” wide ruler above each overhand knot so I could snug the knot against it. For the second row of knots, I just eyeballed the distance, and I think they turned out alright.
