1/29 Sleeves finished! Ripped back the bottom edging and the short rows (I wasn’t thrilled with the way it was looking). So all that’s left is to reknit that section and it’s finished! While reviewing my notes for the short row shaping at the bottom edge I realized I made a L/M not XL/L as I had previously written. I based my size choice on the bust measurements and the 3” negative ease. I also went for something a bit smaller than I am to get some long term wear out of this as I continue on my weight loss journey…

Mods: Cast on for L then worked waist decreased down to size M + 2 sts (156 sts not 154), added a few inches to the torso, then worked hip increases as per M (170 sts).

Picked up for sleeves as per size M, decreased as written, worked about 40 rows straight then increased 2 sts every 5 rows, 4x to get 72 (a multiple of 3) for bell shape. Sleeve is about 3/4 length.

Originally I went down to the 3.5 needle for the bottom edging, but since the Eyre is much thicker than the Tosh DK (formerly Worsted) I stuck with the 4mm needle for the sleeves and neckline. Just working through the second sleeve and then ripping back the edging on the bottom and reworking with 4mm needles.
