Nov 2010: Just a couple of photos of this old project for the pattern. Needed some better photos hence another photo shoot complete with bribery icey pole.

Oh, I just love the colour of this cotton!!

Second test knit of pattern, reworking to lessen the depths of the armholes. I personally don’t like armholes too deep on a knitted sundress/singlet, particularly when the dress is cotton and likely to drop.

This is the singlet version of the pattern, Lily really could have done with a 20 inch size for her chest, but that’s ok. I’m pretty happy with the fit and can now happily frog the dress back to fix the scye.

This is a longer line singlet, a relatively easy but fun knit although it does soak up a bit of yarn.

Seamless and knit from the top down, of course.

It’s part of a set of related patterns, each one represents a petal of the flower Olearia.
How many petals are there on an Olearia flower? Plenty LOL
How many patterns in the set?
hmm, at least five so far.

better photos to come when the camera batteries recharge!!!
