Notes

Pattern’s now released yay! Next to complete: newsletter #64 (about the left edge of this design).
.
Blogged a short series on the production of this pattern.
.
Final dimensions: 10” X 44” (1 skein). I could go longer, but it’s wide enough that I don’t need to. Maximum warmth where I need it, at the neck and shoulders.
.
Crochet hook is labeled 4 mm but measures almost 4.5 mm. Pattern is almost written!
.
This started out as a quick swatch, but then it roped me into committing longer term to a generously wide & long scarf.

I’ve wanted to see what a petite wintery version of Aero would be like if I did offset rows (shaped at both ends) to create a corner-to-corner rectangle, not a point-to-point triangle.

I originally designed it as a class project starter version of the Aero.

First 2 corners of scarf are almost done. Still deciding just how wide to go. Will have more than enough yarn, so that’s not a determining factor.
