A pleasure to make and wear. The pattern for the wrap is in the January 2004 issue of Crochet! magazine called “Celebration Shawl”.
I’m pictured wearing it on the runway at a 2004 CGOA conference. Doris Chan designed it and this is the only time I’ve ever used the exact yarns and colors that the designer used.
Doris and I met thanks to this project, and she encouraged me to start designing professionally myself, using the matching bag I designed with the leftover yarn as part of her argument :-)
