La parte principal del chal fueron 3 ovillos de KSH con agujas circulares de 4,5. El borde no ha llegado a los 3 ovillos (2,5 aprox.) con agujas de doble punta de 4mm.
Bueno en realidad he hecho un mix de agujas para el borde, ya que los puntos del final del chal que estaban guardados en la aguja circular, y los iniciales (montados temporalmente en una cadeneta de ganchillo, y posteriormente pasados a otra aguja circular de 4,5mm) los acabé tejiendo con la misma aguja de 4,5. Así que una vuelta iba con la circular de 4,5, y la otra con la aguja de doble punta de 4mm. ¡Qué desastre! Me di cuenta cuando llevaba la mitad del borde. Menos mal que no se aprecia. Decidí seguir del mismo modo.
Así que ten la precaución de cambiar los puntos reservados a otra aguja circular de 4mm.
Para estirarlo, no me cabia entero en la mesa del salon, asi que lo hice en dos veces, estirando cada mitad semicircular por separado. Solo he estirado las puntitas del borde porque las ondas del patron del cuerpo del chal me gustaban y no queria perder ese efecto. (ver detalle en foto)

Well, in fact, I knit the border with both 4 and 4,5 double pointed needles because the reserved stitches where in 4,5 and I took only one extra needle for knitting the border. About blocking, the shawl is very big to be blocked in my dining table, so I blocked it in two times, one half each time. Only blocked the final triangles in border, because I loved the waves in the main body. (you can see detailes in picture)
