2016-2-6: Well, I decided to frog this. I lvoe the yarna dn the pattern, but really, it never clicked with me, the two of them together. I tihnk the pattern needs a different yarn (like mohair maybe, lol) and the yarn yardage is twice what the pattern calls for! SO even if I finished the whole tedious thing it wouldn’t fit right. Bah. I think the yarn will be better, no, awesome, as a lace shawl. Plus, I’m seriously thinking of taking up spinning later this year, and maybe I can spin the yarn I’ll need for this pattern. Either way, woohoo! One less WIP!
