Mods in my own pattern (L): 4 extra st in each arms, in all 8 extra rounds before dividing. 2 extra st in front.

Ended each arm with 10 cm ribbed pattern, followed by 4 rounds of stockinette for a rolled up edge…

Did 4 decreases + 4 increases in the body. Ended with 5,5 cm ribbed pattern, followed by 4 rounds of stockinette…

The finished cardigan is a size M - L, though I followed size L in the pattern and in addition added a few stitches. But the fabric of this cardigan is more stretchy than the alpaca used in the original Gerda´s Cardigan, and I did not want it to be too big.

Finished :) ..well, still needs buttons - the search is on!
I just had enough yarn!! (see the last picture - that´s all the leftover yarn!!) I feel like the world champion in calculating the need for yarn in this project :-)
The yarn is wonderful after washing, very lightweight and soft. The perfect spring/summer cardigan!
