I used 85g of Steam Age (14 stripes) & 65g of Oceana.

I did not have enough CC yarn for a 15th stripe.

25 may: I’m on the final 6” stripe. The row feels so long, but I’m almost done!!

23 may: at the end of the 14th CC stripe, only 15g left of steam age. WHOA. Guess I’m only getting 14 stripes out of it. Back to Oceana!

20 may: 35g left of steam age, just before I started the 14th stripe.

18 may: 13th stripe almost done. they’re getting long! Going to weigh before and after the 14th as well as one full row of the MC after the 14th so I can get a good estimate of how many stripes I can get out of the CC.

14 may: I’m on the 12th CC stripe. Based on projects here using TML, looks like I might be able to eke 15-16 CC stripes out of one hank of TML, so I am hoping to use up as much yarn as possible.

4 may: I’m picking up my wraps and I’m using backwards yarnover style wraps. not 100% convinced that the steam age is working out but it’s looking better with every Oceana stripe.

1 may: cast on with Oceana! hope this works out. Not sure I’ll finish by the end of the month, but I can daydream.
