Modifications: I’m fat, so I needed to make the largest size to accommodate my legs. Yet my feet are only medium-sized, so the largest size made the heel too big. I ripped back to the start of the heel flap, and decreased from 27 to 21 stitches. This gave me a heel flap that was 4” wide, which is the size of my knitted heel flaps. I did 13 rounds of gusset decreases.

4-2-2016: these got fuzzy in the wash. They’re really soft now, but I miss the stitch definition. I don’t think I’d buy this yarn again.
