Pattern calls for yarn held doubled, to be felted. I’m making this for the Red Heart Lovers group, so I’m using acrylic held single. Pattern calls for a CO of 60 stitches. I thought this might not be enough, so I cast on 70. It came out a little big, so 60 probably would have been fine.

In retrospect, since I’m not felting it I probably should have done the body in seed or garter rather than stockinette so it wouldn’t curl. I tossed it in the washer and dryer which took care of most of the curl, but the edges are still flipping up. Oh well.
