A very enjoyable knit. Nice and easy to follow.

Not sure this was absolutely the best yarn for this, it’s a lovely squishy yarn but very plump and so it makes it feel fairly big for a DK… bordering on aran weight. I went up to a 4.5mm for this and wouldn’t have wanted to go any smaller, in fact I’m sure this yarn would have been happy on a 5mm needle.

I used 4.5mm throughout, even for the ribbing sections. I did go down two needle sizes for the neck line as recommended in the pattern, so tried a 3.5mm, but it pulled it in way too tight. Then I reknit with a 4mm but still felt it was pulling the neckline in and puckering the jumper fabric, so just stuck to the 4.5mm in the end. Happy with how that looks though.
