Using Hurdle Stitch and two yarns to make this unique baby blanket.

Switching yarn every row by slipping stitches across double point needles.
I had 2 yarns that looked great together color-wise but weren’t the same thickness. Tried a couple techniques using them together. Came up with this hurdle stitch blanket.

Casted on 61 stitches with white. Knit 1 row. Slid stitches across, attached rainbow yarn, purled 1 row. Flipped work. K1 P1 across with white. Slid stitches. K1 P1 across with rainbow. Flip. Repeat.

CO Odd # of stitches with A
1) Knit across with A (Purl first and last stitch)
2) Slide work. Purl across with B
3) Flip work. K1, P1 with A (K last stitch)
4) Slide work. K1, P1 with B (K last stitch)
