I have tons of this yarn left and though I am sure it is not the best choice for a garment, I still like how it feels and it is quite drapey, so I think I will use it for a basic, simple “through over” sweater.

So my gauge is a bit tighter as my yarn is thinner, so I will cast on size XXL to get M.

Seperated sleeves from the body

Took this out of summer break today, I am at about 16.5 cm after sleeve separation.

Finished Body after 8 garter ridges

September 4, 2021

Picked up 86 stitches for the sleeves, will not do the garter ridges on the inside.
I have two balls of yarn left, so one for each sleeve - we will see how long I can make them.

Finished 1st sleeve after 10 decreases, then k2tg every 6 stitches before doing 4 garter ridges for the cuff.

Took in-wear photos today and must say, I really quite love the fit - the length is perfect, could even be a little shorter for my liking and I love the colour! We will see how this wears, a 100% Poly yarn would not be my normal choice for a garment, but I wanted to use what I had. Might very well knit this again in a more sustainable yarn - Drops Karisma, maybe? Or even some Finkhof?
