Footlength total for size 38/39 = 26 cm, i.e.
Foot without toe and gusset (Fussteil) = 14 cm
Foot with gusset, without toe = 19 cm

17.9 g legt after finishing toe = app.2.5 g for toe

17.3 legt after 3 rounds = 0.2 g per round

115 rounds per 23 g sock

Finished first sock - did not really stick to my calculations, just oriented on the weights.
