Wanted to practice my colourwork skills so decided to add a band of colourwork from this book »

Although I increased to 66 stitches, it is still a bit on the tight side, so I might go for 72 stitches for the second sock.

Finished first sock and casted on for the second.
Increased to 72 stitches for the stranded part this time and this is better. It only occured to me after I finished that I could also just have changed to a bigger needle size - well…

I also missed one row from the chart, but it will just have to remain as it is… Design element, that is.
