Okay. Convinced. Finally. This wants to become socks. Socks with a pattern related to our Schwarzwaldstrick 2011 where I bought the yarn from pandora66. Pattern idea from Ms. Allerleisocken.

Hey, I love how the pattern looks in this yarn! Knitted the knit stitches before and after the purl column through the back loop.

For the cuff, I did 4 r. purl, 2 r. knit, 3 r. purl, 5 rows k2,p2 - but I am not totally convinced how that works. However, I LOOOOVE the fake cables!

Looooove them! Did the second sock with the same pattern, but placed it on different places on the sock. Quite loooove the yarn-pattern match and already started my second sock using the Schwarzwaldzöpfle-Pattern, though I normally are not too keen on pattern on the foot.

Colour is best in detail photo, it is a bit too light in the “finished” photos.

Knitted most of the first sock on the car ride to our hiking vacation and finished the second sock on a very rainy day (luckily the ONLY rainy day) during our annual Hiking Vacation in Ziller Valley, Austria.

During that vacation, I talked to my BIL who said that it is kind of “anarchistic” to put the hiking sock marked with “left” on your right foot and vice-versa. So, as these socks do not match exactly, I chose the name.
