Casted on 25 stitches, using sockyarn leftovers held doupble.

Knit side: Knit to last stitch, slip wyif, turn
Pick up side seam stitch, k2tg, purl back

Purl side: Knit to last stitch, ssk with seam stitch

Decided to vary the width of te stripes - so did 17 stitches only for stripe 3 and 4

Picked it up again from summer break middle of September.
Decided I will kind of wing it now, so added a strip on the side and will do Song-song-blanket style squares on the other side.
