Love this! Needed a quick gift for my brother’s birthday and thought a hat for walking the dog might come handy. Casted on Friday evening, casted off Saturday evening - app. 6-8 hours knitting time - and I am not a quick knitter.

• worked with two strands together
• Started with 12 stitches,
• increased to 108 stitches (he has a big head, 96 might be enough for others)
• worked in k2,p2 ribbing for 21 cm after end of increases
• bound of with a 4 mm hook in sc cast off
• is 20 cm long from top when brim folded
• total length from top 26.5 cm
• length after end of increases 14.5 cm
• weighs 77 grams

Will definitely make more! Great for using up leftover sockyarn. I love how those colourways look together - pictures are a little too dark, it is more blue in real life.

Really strechy because of the 2-2 ribbing, can also be worn by somebody with a smaller head (like me, but mine is still big for a woman… - app 58 cm, my brother ‘s is around 60 cm)
