Decided to not do the split hem but add a striped garter stitch section as the lower edge as well, to match the shoulders.

Well, I might have started a little early with the garter stitch part… I want to finish it up with the darkest colour, but have to re-order yarn for that as I only had 1 ball of the navy Nord yarn. Will work on my Striped Shirt while I wait for my new yarn to arrive.

The missing marine blue ball arrived, yeah! So I can go on and finish the body soon.

So I measured the body after my blue yarn arrived - I am at 50 cm, which means I will have to add 10 garter ridges to reach my desired lenght of 55 cm.

Will work in rows and sew the slit from now on.

Finished the body during Karlsruher Samstagsstrick today (10 garter ridges of plain marine blue), now I think it will go into summer break.

Restarted knitting after summer, just the sleeves left!

Picked up 65 stitches for the sleeves, will not do decreases at all as this is a bit on the tight side already - but will work. Will need to pick up 1 stitch from every row to get to 65 stitches (had to fiddle some additional stitches into it for the first sleeve as I only picked up 3 stitches every 4 rows).

Finished knitting. Did striped garter stitch cuffs for the sleeves which I knit open and then seamed (no garter in the round for me…)

I did three garter ridges in light blue on the neckline and bound of with a “normal” bind off in the back and with a single crochet bind off at the sides and at the front.

Sleeves are on the tight side, hope I will be able to block them a bit wider.

Took in-wear photos. I am not 100%, I did not do such a neat job when picking up stitches from the purl side, so the pick up lines look kind of messy.

In addition, the sleeves are definitely tighter than I like them, so I would probably knit them a bit wider next time.
