Easy pattern, and great to use up partial skeins.
At first I was worried the hat would be too big, but the slip stitches draw in the fabric quite a bit.
The blackberry ridge yarn is labelled as sportweight, but feels heavier to me, matching the Noro Kureyon. I manipulated the colors of the Kureyon a bit, as I wanted to knit a hat for a man. I left out the bright pink and turquoise.
