02-02-2025 - Colourwork struggles

After a lot of struggle with tension in the clouds, I decided to go ahead with the Ladderback Jacquard technique for the floats! Much more even now.

09-03-2025 - Finally some knitting time!

After 3 weeks of pure chaos at work, I have finally had some time to fix a few issues last night and I’m now finished with leg number 1! Just about to start on the heel.

I think Eucalyptus and Sage are a bit too close where you’re loosing basically all contrast between rows of mountains. You can sort of see it but you really have to look! We’ll see how it behaves when all blocked I guess, but I’m not expecting much difference.

20-03-2025 - First sock completed!

Sock 1 done! Absolute thrilled - The Ladderback Jacquard was definitely the right call. The colourwork looks so good and even(ish).

I did 9 rows of Bottle Green before starting the toe decrease because I have giant feel XD

25-05-2025 - Health issues, but we did it!

After a bit of a health issues hiatus, we have a FO! Completed this morning, they are currently in the sink soaking. I’m so happy with them! Now onto the summer ones
