Notes

I began this with Judy Becker’s magic cast on; a provisional, long-tail cast-on using two circular needles that results in three completed st st rows.

It is knit in the round using two circular needles or dpns. It finishes with a kitchener stitch (or grafting) seam that is biased by one quarter round. This produces the diagonal arrangement.

The result is a seamless, square potholder of double thickness for better thermal protection.
