Notes

Made a hat to match the Roddin Mitts for Alice. I used the leftover yarn from those, plus the other skein of Bohemia Gothic that had been a present from schoolpsych01. I cast on 108 stitches (tubular) and knit till I was almost out of the dark gray yarn. Then, (so as to match the mitts) I switched to a 2/2 rib and knit for about 7 or 8 inches. I didn’t like how the 108 stitches divided by 4 for decreases, so I tried it with 6 double decreases. The crown of this hat is not as pretty as I’d like, but I decided to let it be. (For another time, 112 stitches would have divided by 4 nicely and decreased symmetrically, I think.)

I love the contrast cuff of this hat, and the cozy warm yarn. Not mad about it, though I could improve
