About to start the Mosaic Increase section

The mosaic section has some issues. The chart and the written directions don’t match for the first 3 WS rows. Hopefully these questions will be answered soon …

Looks like my questions were answered - chart was correct, written directions got changed to match the chart

Now to either figure out how to fix a few stitches in the last 4 rows, or just frog it back and start the Mosaic chart again.

Finished with Clue 1! . No other errors, as they promised

Very nice pattern. Almost swirls, but they’re pointed, not rounded

Didn’t see the last garter increase at the end of Clue 1. Finished that off just before starting Clue2

Got thru 1 full repeat of the lace chart, and half the second, ending with Row 8 of the second repeat.

And my sock blank is definitely changing colors!

Finished Clue 3! . And my sock blank has gone from a lighter pink-purple to a deeper blue-purple

I’ve finished the Lace decreases at the start of the clue.

Finished thru Tweed decrease 1. So much colour!!

Here are a few notes!!

First: you don’t need to cut the MC when working the Eyelet decrease 1. It’s only 4 rows

Second: there’s a typo at the end of the Tweed Decrease 1. You’re really cutting CC2 at the very end of this section.

Clue 4 finished! I’m getting quite low on my MC (purple) and the CC2 (currently dark blue), with seemingly more of my CC1.

It’s so fun watching all these colors play and change!!

There was an additional note about the pattern:

For Eyelet decrease 2, you again don’t need to cut the MC while working with CC1

Clue 5 begins with a mosaic decrease. I’ve very little of my CC2

Clue 5 continues! I’ve finished 4 more sections, and I’m down to the last, seemingly largest, section. I’ve very little of my CC2 (dark), just a bit more of my MC (purple), and a bit more again of my CC1 (teal).

I’ve finished the knitting in Clue 5 Next up, picking up along the long edge for the picot bind off

I’ve finished my shawl!! I used my CC2 color and I even have a pinch left over!

I’ll need to wash/block it still, but it’s beautiful and soft

Remaining yarn at the end:
MC (purple): 22g
CC1 (teal sparkle): 23g
CC2 (sock blank gradient): 3g
