Notes

The yarn is a gorgeous mixed blue colour - all British and kettle dyed by Ewe & Ply.
85% Romney Lambswool
10% British combed angora
5% Bluefaced Leicester

Changed the pattern of the lacy part as the number of stitches into one place was looking rather heavy in this wool. Undid, and then did a ripple pattern in treble stitches which was basically 2 tr into next st x 3, miss 1 st, then tr into next st, miss 1 st & repeat 4 more times; 2 tr into next st x3.
Gives a good feather and fan effect.

Started wearing it pinned behind my waist, and it’s really warm and comfortable. The photo of me wearing the shawl is closer to the real colour than the flat photo.
