The Cord-ially Yours Tee is a retro inspired knit top that’s knit top down with lifted increases. It features I-cord edging and is to be worn with 2-4” of positive ease, giving a flattering fit for all sizes!

TECHNIQUES USED
I-cord cast on, knitting in the round, left lifted increases, right lifted increases, I-cord bind off, placing stitches on hold

YARN
Worsted/Aran weight yarn. Sample was knit using Loops & Threads Creme Cotton (only needed one skein plus some scrap yarn for the I-cord for the size small)

NEEDLES
Main body/I-cord: US 8 (5mm) circular needles
If needed for I-cord (tested in gauge): US 7 (4.5mm) circular needles
Cords: 16” and 40” cords

GAUGE
16 stitches x 24 rows= 4x4” (10x10cm) in stockinette, knit flat
NOTE: I-cord cast on and bind off should be done in the gauge to determine needle size used for I-cord

NOTIONS
tapestry needle, scissors, scrap yarn to hold stitches, stitch markers
