After reviewing many options and methods of making my first dress I decided to do a “cut and sew” using a free sewing pattern online. I printed the many pages and assembled the pattern itself and after choosing a size, cut out the outlines of each pattern piece. I then created the fabric.

One cone worked up 500 rows with a “just off the machine” measurement of 41”x50”

100% Acrylic
1 Pound yarn on each cone

Tension:

• 7-10 using 1 strand on a standard machine
• 5-8 using 2 stands on a mid-gauge machine These are suggested tensions as each machine is just a little different The Micro-Tamm is very soft (like a micro-fiber).   Great for afghans, baby blankets, sweaters & jackets as well as scarves, hats, mittens etc.   Easy to knit with.   Wash with mild soap and dry on gentle
