Small sized Crochet Rose Flower

Chain 31 and add 5 more chain stitches.

Row 1- dc into the sixth chain from the hook , skip 2 ch st, (dc,ch3,dc) Repeat between * and * to the end of the row. Turn
Note: Dc, ch3,dc – creates a V stitch

For Row 2 you will be working the petals into the V stitch and sc into the stitch between the V stitches.

Row 2 – Ch3, 5dc in Ch3 space, sc in the next st, 6dc in the next V st (or the ch3 sp), sc in the next st , 8dc in the next V st, sc in the next st Repeat till the 3rd last V st, 10dc in the 2nd last V st, sc in the next st, 10dc in the last V st. Fasten off and weave in ends.

To form rose start with the 5 double crochets end and roll up into a flower shape. Use a yarn needle to stitch flower together on the backside.
