Notes

Decided to take the plunge and join in the Grocery Girls Comfort Fade Cardi KAL as well as Happee Knit’s Cardigan KAL

Put together a fade from stash fingering yarn and added mohair to get gauge. I had to go down a needle size to get gauge.

After All This Time has been cut and The Breakfast Club has been fully faded in.

Sleeves have been put on waste yarn and Cherry Blossom has been fully faded in.

07-28-2021

End notes: I did about 3.75 inches of each solid section before fading in the next color.

For the collar, I used the colors in the opposite order as the body. Each short row section was decreased to 12 total rows, the first 3 rows as directed and then 9 repeats, to accommodate the 5 colors. The fade sections were shortened to 3 repeats (New, Current, New).
