Festive Doodle is a top-down circular yoke sweater knit in 4 colors. In spite of the complex appearance of this design, it is actually fairly easy to knit, with only 2 colors per round and no long floats to carry, making this a wonderful project to keep your hands busy and calm your mind. Changing needle sizes (optional) easily creates flattering A-line shaping. Retrosaria Mondim yarn is a beautiful, rustic Portuguese wool that is fantastic for colorwork. Any fingering weight yarn that creates a suitable fabric would work as well.

You can find Retrosaria Mondim here! Many thanks to Rosa for providing the yarn for this design, and for working so hard to preserve heritage wool yarns from Portugal.
