Notes

I wanted to give this yarn a try at this simple but beautiful pattern. It might not be as airy as designed but it’s fluffy and furry so it may come out good as well.
Gauge is perfect on 9mm needles

In the end the garment is soft and furry enough even if it may be more dense than designed. (weight is 550gr vs 450gr of the original Børstet Alpakka)
I love how this yarn feels on the skin.

Yarn balls are 50gr /50mt so I had a lot of joining to do. I tried different styles of joining but in the end what looks best is the Russian join even if this yarn is a 2ply and it looks impossible at first. The yarn is very airy and opens up easily makirng it easy to pass the needle through it.

Frogged the project after 2 years. Probably the yarn was too heavy and it got larger.
In the end i don’t love the neck because iy has a tendency to flare out.
If I were to knit another LS i would add the neck afterwards picking up sts. Or i would use a twisted stitch imstead of a nkrmal knit stitch.
Probably would add some short rows too.
