The pattern is so well-written and absolutely easy to follow. Make this! ;)
03/03/12: Cast on last night while being at Knit Night.
04/04/12: Washing right now.
13/04/12: Got the buttons just today and had to sew them on right away :) Not yet happy with the placement but I will wear it for now and ask some proper knitters on S’n’B on Wed whether they are ok like this or not.
In case you wonder - buttons are from this etsy shop.

Knit Notes
Swatched on 4 & 4.5mm.
4mm: 21.75st * 31.5r / 22sts * 32r (pre/post)
4.5mm: 21st * 29r / 20.5sts * 30r
Row gauge ok, but stitch gauge is ~15% off. Decided to go for size S in terms of rows, size L in terms of stitch counts. Lengthened body ~10cm. Waist 1/2 size smaller.
Raglan Increase Row: 2 more of section I, 1 less of section II.
Body Increase Row: one less.
Total of 4 more sleeve stitches.
Plain body +1”.
Body dec & inc: +2 each.
45 rows after dec & inc finished.
Sleeves: 98 rows total. Worked inside out.
Sleeves & hem: omitted garter before i-cord, didn’t like the look. I-cord worked on 4.5mm needles. (update from 2023: worked the icord on 5mm needles)
Left front band: 140 sts (to match 205 rows).
Right front band: 140 sts picked up with 3mm needle.
Patterned band: ended up with 8 button holes due to longer body, 8 repeats of old shale, starting with k4. Joined working from the hem upwards to the neck to have the bindoff on top/visible.
Pocket: 26 sts, 20 rows of st st.
Update 13 Apr 2023: cut off the icord bindoffs on the sleeves yesterday and lengthened by 66r each side.
