Selvage: pattern 1R row, 2K row
Cuff: 20 rows 1x1
Leg: 60 rows 1x3
Preheel: 10 rows
Heel
Foot: 60 rows
Toe:

Heel spring on last row of scrap, for selvage and one row after.

Tension setting 3.5 turns. Heel spring on for selvage (pre, selvage and one row after) and for heel to toe.

Final gauge: 12 rows per inch
9 stitches per inch
