Birthed from the negative experience my ex husband not choosing to send me my first crocheted blanket (king sized and created as one piece). Instead of continuing to feel negative about it I chose to remake it (as a Queen size).

It had taken me over 8 years to finish the prior blanket mostly because my then husband Ron was extremely derisive and controlling and basically dictated when and how often I could work on it. (It certainly wouldn’t be something I would put up with now).

Queen sized one piece blanket:

Each ROW takes about 45 minutes or thereabouts.

I am working it left to right from the foot of the queen sized bed to the pillows.

As of today, Oct 4/10 I’m 1.5 mega walmart yarn rolls into it which is about 60cm from top to bottom.
