Notes

I swatched multiple different fades but I have settled on starting with Pineapple Express on the bottom, transitioning into Iris then transitioning into the light purple. This puts the sleeves int he tonal light purple so the lacework can stand on its own.

07-03-2020

3.74 ounces yellow

Started body and knit to 1.7 ounces remaining

3.75 ounces multi. Started fade, intend to use one Pune if remaining yellow alternated with multi.

08-01-2020

Ended up ripping out the purple sleeve and going with the Iris color way for the main body of the sleeve in order to better serve the fade.

If I made this sweater again I would take a bit out of the yoke or make the folded neckband skinnier to better serve my short frame and lack of any real torso length / short shoulders. I also might (gasp) give this a very low heat toss in the drier next time it gets a bath because it was a bit better fit before blocking so think I’d prefer it tightened up a bit.
