Pattern details - 12-07-2020

I used the hat pattern from http://knittingandcrochet.net/baby/easy-ribbed-crochet-baby-hat-pattern-for-beginners; worked in a smaller gauge yarn on a 3.0mm hook. The yarn is two shades of green from the Solid and Marl Pro collection.

The flower is from https://www.yarnplaza.com/blog/crocheted-cactus/, done a little bit free form!

Woohoo! Delayed delivery of yarn finally arrived (this is what I get for starting a pattern using scraps…)

Just did my own thing stitching the top of the gathers into the rim of the small top circle. Gives it a bit extra space at the top so that the hat cat stretch bigger over baby’s head - I hope.
