A quick and easy crochet mitten with a ribbed cuff for donation or personal use. Keeping your hands warm is just as important as covering your head when temperatures are low.
&&If using Red Heart variegated, check your gauge as the newer versions are slightly thinner. You may need to use 14 stitches in the starter ring and adjust all following counts accordingly.

Stitches You Need to Know: magic ring, chain (ch), single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), half double crochet (hdc), front post double crochet (fpdc), back post double crochet (bpdc), slip stitch (sl st) Pattern uses US terminology

This is an adult pattern, but may be adjusted with smaller hooks and yarn for smaller hands. Instructions are for adult small, with (medium, large) in parentheses.

Acrylic yarn is best for this pattern, as most folks on the streets don’t have a wool cycle to wash their items with. This keeps the cost of production low, so we can help many people in need. Find some acrylic taking up space in your stash and get hooking!

I’ll be uploading a video tutorial later this week.
