The Tetra Slipover is an all-seasons, versatile vest that champions creative construction with simple stitches. Stripe it, colour block it or keep it neutral - Tetra’s minimal, modern silhouette is the layering piece every wardrobe needs.

Tetra is knit in DK weight yarn, flat, in garter stitch (knit every row), and in quadrants. The first quadrant is knit from the shoulder down to the hem. Then stitches are picked up along this completed quadrant and the other half of the slipover is knit from the centre out to the underarm. Once the front panel is completed, the back is constructed exactly the same as the front, omitting the neckline shaping. The two panels are then blocked before seaming and stitches picked up for the neckline, armhole, and hem trims.

This digital pattern includes printer-friendly, full written instructions for two views (cropped and a longer, high hip version), individual progress charts for each size, and modification details such as colour blocking / striping, trims & lengths, as well as optional bust darts (including a bust dart worksheet & complete written instructions for the darts).
